Construction Completed for Custom Poly tunnel -Hoop house Greenhouse

The construction of a  poly tunnel -hoop house greenhouse, which was processed using our greenhouse frame materials and installed by us, has been completed.

This is a scientifically designed, easy-to-use, low-cost arched plastic greenhouses.

Here’s a brief overview of the project:

 

 

1.  Dimensions of the Greenhouse:

 

•  The span of the single arch greenhouse is 10 meters.

•  The length is 40 meters.

•  The ridge height is 3.5 meters.

 

These dimensions—span, length, and height—are customizable. The details above are for this particular construction project.

 

 

2.  Basic Structure:

 

•  Greenhouse Frame: The main structure is made from highly corrosion-resistant hot-dip galvanized steel frames.

•  Main Arch Specifications: The main arches are made from hot-dip galvanized elliptical tubes, with dimensions of 57mm * 30mm * 1.5mm (thickness).

•  Arch Spacing: The arches are spaced 1 meter apart.

 

Frame Features:

The hot-dip galvanized elliptical steel frame offers great overall structural strength, a modern and aesthetically pleasing appearance, and is easy to install.

All frames are produced using standardized equipment, allowing for single-pass molding and simple assembly.

Additionally, there are 5 longitudinal cross braces at the top of the greenhouse to further enhance the stability and strength of the frame.

 

3.  Surface Covering:

The greenhouse is covered with special plastic film, which is secured using greenhouse-specific film clips. This is a simple and effective method.

 

4.  Ventilation

 The greenhouse is equipped with roll-up film windows for ventilation.

 

5.  Irrigation:

A top-mounted sprinkler irrigation system is installed.

 

6.  End Features

 A door is installed at the end of the greenhouse.

 

 

7.  Wide range of applications.

 

The greenhouse currently under construction will be used by the owner for seedling cultivation.

This type of greenhouse is also suitable for growing and producing a variety of vegetables, fruits, and other plants.
