The Polycarbonate Greenhouse typically uses a new connected-span structure with a scientifically designed steel framework.
This structure not only performs excellently in terms of wind resistance, snow load, and hail protection, but it is also aesthetically pleasing
The new large-span, connected structure ensures a spacious and open interior.
Determining length and width, and excavation of the foundation trench.
The all-steel frame Polycarbonate Greenhouse greenhouse requires a ring beam foundation around the perimeter and independent foundation piers with columns in the center.
The greenhouse frame is pre-fabricated in the factory, then delivered to the site for installation.
First, the main frame of the greenhouse is erected.
Then, various system components are installed, including shading systems both inside and outside the greenhouse.
Once the main frame and system adjustments are completed, the final step is to cover the structure with greenhouse-specific polycarbonate panels.
At this point, the basic framework of the new polycarbonate greenhouse is complete.
For plant growth, sunlight that is either too strong or too weak is unsuitable.
The specially designed PC (polycarbonate) sunboard for greenhouses has moderate light transmission, diffusing sunlight to provide an ideal environment for plant growth.
It also features a UV-resistant coating on the outside and a drip-resistant coating on the inside facing the greenhouse.
Polycarbonate board has a longer lifespan than typical plastic film, and is more cost-effective than glass greenhouses.
It is an excellent alternative compared to earlier plastic film and glass greenhouses.
