Complete Process of Constructing and Installing a Multi-Span Polycarbonate Greenhouse

 

 

1.  Delivery of Greenhouse Frame Materials

The greenhouse frame is pre-fabricated in the factory and delivered to the site.

Once the materials arrive, the remaining task is to assemble the greenhouse on-site.

 

 

2.  Installing the Main Columns

The first step in the greenhouse frame installation is to set up the main vertical columns.

It's important to ensure that the spacing between columns and the layout distance are correct. We will send you the layout plan in advance.

 

 

3.  Assembling the Roof Frame

The roof frame and its components are pre-assembled on the ground before installation.

This makes the roof installation much easier and more efficient.

 

 

4.  Installing the Main Horizontal Beams 

The next step is to install the main horizontal beams of the greenhouse.

 

 

5.  Installing the Roof Gutters

The roof gutters are one of the key components of a multi-span greenhouse.

 

 

After completing these tasks, you’ll notice that the frame of the greenhouse is almost fully assembled. The installation process isn’t difficult.

 

 

6.  Installing the Roof Structure

The roof frame is installed after it’s pre-assembled on the ground, and then mounted onto the top of the greenhouse.

 

 

7.  Installing the Surrounding Beams

The next step is to install the surrounding beams of the greenhouse.

 

 

8.  Installing Aluminum Profiles

Aluminum profiles are added to the steel frame, many of which serve as supporting materials for the installation of polycarbonate sheets.

 

 

9.  Installing Polycarbonate Sheets
